Initial consultationMeeting with your architect.
Due to our close collaboration with various reputable architectural firms, we offer you the opportunity to meet your personal architect to collaborate on designing your future home.
Initial designThe architect develops the first version of the project based on the requirements defined with you. Since flexibility is our main priority, this phase may be adjusted according to needs.
Project description and cost proposalWe outline all aspects of your project and explain in detail the overall cost we estimate for the construction of your home.
CommitmentConsists of validating the project. Once you have approved the preliminary project by signing the commitment agreement, the architect prepares the file for the building permit application.
PermitThe building permit is a legal authorization essential for any construction. The architect drafts the permit application and subsequently guides you through all the required steps to obtain it.
ContractThe construction contract is concluded once the building permit is obtained. Once signed, this contract officially finalizes the project and its cost.
Meeting with your site managerThis will help you get acquainted with this key person who will oversee the construction of your home.
Realization of your projectAfter making progress in implementing your project, we invite you to meet our partners to finalize the selection of materials.
